	ABOUT US
	MICHAEL CONLEY, DDS Dr. Conley is a lifelong resident of Warsaw and is a 1966 graduate of Warsaw Community High School. He is a veteran of the United States Navy. Dr. Conley attended Ball State and Indiana University and graduated with Honors in 1975. “Dr. Mike” graduated Indiana University School Of Dentistry in 1979 and has since continued his education with countless seminars on all major topics concerning patient care. He has been married to Deborah (Julian) Conley, who is also from the Warsaw area, for over 40 years and they have three sons and four grandchildren all in the Warsaw community. Dr. Mike is a past president of the Kosciusko County Dental Society and is a member of the Indiana Dental Association, and American Dental Association.
	SCOTT SHIPLEY, DDS Dr. Scott Shipley is a 1982 graduate of Warsaw Community High School. He received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Indiana University in 1986 and a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1990 from Indiana University School of Dentistry. Dr. Scott and his wife, Kristy (Barker) Shipley have three children Lauren, Meredith, and Mark and one granddaughter. Dr. Shipley is a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity, the Indiana Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
